What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the type of help you selected, your message, and — if you arrived from a job listing — which role you were applying for.

We also briefly hold the IP address a submission came from, so that automated systems cannot flood the form. It is kept in memory for about ten minutes, never written to disk, and never attached to your enquiry. If you do not submit the form, we collect nothing at all.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to advertise to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

These service providers handle it on the way to us:

• Resend delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email. Your submission passes through their systems to reach us.
• Vercel hosts this website and runs the form's server code.

Once delivered, your enquiry sits in our email inbox, which runs on Microsoft 365.

Server logs

When the form is submitted we record that an enquiry was delivered and which category it fell into. We deliberately do not write your name, your email address, or your message into those logs. If a delivery fails, we record the reason our email provider gave, with any email address removed. Our host also keeps standard technical request logs, which may include your IP address.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser. There are no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or embedded social widgets on any page.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our inbox for as long as we may reasonably need it to work with you. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Asking us about your information

Write to contactus@nalamaa.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

If how we handle enquiries changes, we update this page and the date above.
